Feedback and Complaints

We value feedback of all kinds — compliments, suggestions, and complaints — about any part of our service or support delivery.  


Your feedback helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve, so that every participant receives the service they expect and are entitled to.


Participants and their representatives can provide feedback directly, or they can ask someone they trust — such as a peer worker, family member or independent advocate — to share it on their behalf.

We acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.


You can also ask for help from an independent advocate, or contact the NDIS Commission at any time on 1800 035 544 or via www.ndiscommission.gov.au.
