We value feedback, including compliments and complaints relating to all aspects of our service and support delivery. It is an opportunity to evaluate and improve our service and to ensure our participants have the service they expect and are entitled to. We want to know what we are doing well and what we need to improve. Participants and/or their representatives can raise a complaint, compliment or give feedback. Otherwise, they can talk to someone else they trust like a peer worker or independent advocate who can pass this information on to someone on their behalf.
